UEM SUNRISE SCO

Proposed Southern Corporate Office in East Ledang Commercial Park, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This ultra modern design was a reinterpretation of the futuristic corporate brand identity in the contextual tropical climate. The expansive canopy roof provides shade from the tropical sun, while allowing daylight through the skylights – an expression of the natural canopy of tropical rainforest. In addition, the playfulness of the building forms creates an impressive architectural dynamism.
