RTS LINK STATION FACADE DESIGN IDEAS COMPETITION

Our vision for the Bukit Chagar RTS Link Station facade design is inspired by our architectural and cultural heritage, i.e. the ‘rumah kampung’ and the tradition of ‘angkat rumah’, for a gateway of the future. The ceiling feature is a reconstruction and representation of the original hardwood columns of the ‘rumah kampung’. Our proposed RTS link station facade design is a grand gesture, an experiential gem, and an “Anjung” that embraces the future while celebrating our heritage.
