THE BREEZEWAY 

New build residential development which consists of a 25-storey condominium block (139 units) on a 5-storey car park podium, and 76 units of 3 - 3.5 storey strata terrace houses. Under the traditional procurement and PAM Contract 2006, construction began in April 2012 and completed in July 2014. The Breezeway was shortlisted for PAM Awards 2015.
