New build commercial complex which consists of 21 units of 4 - 6 storey shop offices and 1 level of car park basement, with galvanised expanded metal mesh screens. Under the traditional procurement and PAM Contract 2006, construction began in October 2010 and completed in May 2012. SS3 Commercial Complex was longlisted for PAM Awards 2014.
